-onderzoek of de woning legaal is gebouwd ,woonvergunning Licenca de Habitalidade/utilizacao
-ook kan deze advocaat zorg dragen voor de betaling van de overdrachtsbelasting IMT.

De kosten voor een advocaat bedragen tussen de 1 en 1.5% van de aankoopsom.

OVERDRACHTSBELASTING IN PORTUGAL IMT
Als u een huis in Portugal koopt, bent u overdrachtsbelasting schuldig aan de gemeente.
Deze overdrachtsbelasting wordt geheven over de verkoopwaarde van het onroerend goed,
zoals die staat vermeld in het koopkontrakt.
IMT dient voorafgaand aan ondertekening van de notariele akte te zijn betaald.
Pas als IMT is betaald kan de overdracht bij de notaris plaatsvinden en worden ingeschreven in het kadaster.
IMT wordt betaald door de koper.
